  • What amenities are provided in the guest rental home?
    Common amenities include fully equipped kitchens, linens and towels, Wi-Fi access, smart TVs, air conditioning, and basic toiletries. It's best to check our Airbnb or Vrbo listing for a complete list of amenities provided.
  • How can I get in touch with the property owner during my stay?
    The property owner will provide you with contact information for any questions or concerns during your stay. This includes phone numbers, email addresses, or emergency contact details. Keep this information readily available, so you can reach out if needed.
  • How do I report any maintenance issues or problems during my stay?
    The property owners are the designated point of contact for reporting maintenance issues or problems. Please contact us through the listing platform you booked with, Airbnb or Vrbo, Guests are welcomed to contact us directly by cell phone message. Contact us promptly to report any issues, so we and/or our property management team can assist you in resolving them.
  • How do I check-in to the guest rental home?
    Upon confirmation of your reservation with one of our listing platforms, you will receive check-in instructions from the property owner. These instructions typically include details on accessing the property, trash pick-up, and any specific check-in procedures.
  • Can I have guests over during my stay?
    Only registered guests are to allowed stay overnight, no exception. Visitors are allowed to come over during the registered guests stay, only. Those visitors and guests who break this house rule will be held accountable for and required to pay the additional visitor/s who stayed without permission.
  • Are there any specific instructions for using appliances or equipment?
    Look for user manuals or instructions provided by the property owner or ask us directly if you have any questions or concerns. Message us through Airbnb app, Vrbo, or cell phone.
  • Are there any specific rules or guidelines we should be aware of?
    Our guest rental home requires specific rules and guidelines that guests are expected to follow. These include noise restrictions, pet policies, smoking policies, or specific instructions like trash removal. Please see the listing site for additional house rules. It's important to familiarize yourself with these rules prior to booking and before check in day to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. Guests will be held liable for breaking the house rules as follows: *Any found issues with the property need to be noted within 24 hours of check-in, for any expected remediation to occur. Damages to the property will be billed to the guest and reported to Airbnb and other listing platforms.
  • Is housekeeping included during our stay?
    Housekeeping fees are included when you book through Airbnb or Vrbo. Our guest house is professionally cleaned before and after your stay. We do offer mid-stay cleaning services for an additional fee for those guests staying more than 7 days.
  • Is the rental home child-friendly or pet-friendly?
    We are a very child-friendly and family orientated rental property. However, property removed or stolen during guests stay will be reported to the listing platform they booked with and held liable for those things taken or misplaced and will be billed to the guests. We are unfortunately NOT pet friendly at this time. Under no circumstances are pets of any kind allowed on the premises or inside the house. Guests who violate this house rule will be asked to leave immediately and held liable for any and all damages and reported to the booking platform!

There are also several excellent public and private schools throughout the area.

    The Crystal Coast has a mild climate with warm summers and mild winters. The area also experiences occasional hurricanes and tropical storms during the summer and fall months.
